We are located in the Mater Hospital complex, situated on Level 2, above Queensland X-Ray.

Parking is available on the street, and there is also patient parking behind the hospital in Lothair Street.

Easy wheelchair accessibility.

A referral from your general practitioner or another specialist is required before you can make an appointment.

First commenced by Dr Craig Costello in 2012, North Queensland Neurology aims to provide quality, comprehensive neurological care to the diverse population of North Queensland.

Raised in the regional centre of Dubbo, Dr Craig Costello has always been passionate about addressing the problem of regional disparity in neurological services.

Aware of the limited provision of private neurological services in Townsville, Dr Costello and his wife Emma, planned and returned to Townsville (Emma’s home city) in 2012 along with their 4 young children to start his own comprehensive, consultative neurology practice – North Queensland Neurology.
