Dr Simon Arnett graduated from the Australian National University in 2012. He grew up in the Hunter Valley and Cairns, and has a passion for providing specialist care in rural and regional areas. He is trained in neuro-inflammatory diseases such as multiple sclerosis under the mentorship of Professor Simon Broadley at the Gold Coast University Hospital, with additional training in both general neurology and peripheral nerve disease in both the Gold Coast and Townsville. He has practiced in Far North Queensland for many years and has recently relocated to provide specialist care in the region.

Dr Arnett primarily specialises in treatment of inflammatory disorders of the brain plus peripheral nerve disorders. He also practices general neurology and provides care for chronic headache, epilepsy and stroke.
